Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Full Circle Counselors (“Full Circle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the website, and the related counseling services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, booking a session, or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

Full Circle is a platform that connects seekers with counselors for one-on-one career counseling, primarily for finance and accounting aspirants. The Services include profile creation, counselor matching, session scheduling, video meetings, payment processing, and post-session feedback.

Counseling provided through the Services is intended for career guidance only. It is not a substitute for psychological, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you require such advice, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, including OTPs, confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, impersonate others, or are used fraudulently.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any seeker, counselor, or staff member.
• Record or distribute session content without the explicit consent of all parties.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or any content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other users’ accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform or its data.

• A session is confirmed only after payment is completed and a counselor accepts the booking.
• You may cancel or reschedule a session in line with the cancellation window communicated at the time of booking.
• Counselors may decline or reassign a session in good faith; where this happens we will assist you with rescheduling or refunds, as applicable.
• No-shows without prior notice may not be eligible for refunds.

Session fees are displayed before booking. Payments are processed through third-party providers; you authorise us to charge the method you select. Any post-session goodwill contribution is voluntary and never required to receive the Services.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within the timelines published in our refund policy or communicated at the time of booking.

Counselors agree to maintain professionalism, respect seeker confidentiality, deliver sessions as scheduled, and follow the code of conduct provided during onboarding. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the platform and forfeiture of pending payouts.

Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential between the seeker and the assigned counselor, except where disclosure is required by law, by these Terms, or to protect the safety of any person. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve the Services.

All content on the Services, including logos, text, graphics, software, and design, is owned by Full Circle or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.

Content you submit (questionnaire responses, feedback, ratings) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it as needed to operate and improve the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee any specific career outcome from counseling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Circle and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session that gave rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued use would expose us to legal or reputational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, without prejudice to applicable consumer-protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a prominent notice on the Services. Your continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
